If you had an incident and you could not get to the car park, you have to send us a document proving the existence of the problem you had, so that we can contact the car park and claim the cancellation and refund of your reservation. Remember we are only an intermediary reservation platform and we are not responsible of the internal management of the car parks with which we collaborate.
Send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or to email@example.com with the following documentation, depending on the problem that you have had, in order to justify it in front of the parking: the booking reference of your reservation, the proof of insurance, the garage or the tow truck in case of having a problem with the vehicle; medical proof; proof of the car rental company...
This documentation has to be sent in a PDF format. Screenshots of your phone, website or email inbox are not considered as valid documentation.
Remember that, to make a claim, you have 30 days after the day you make your reservation. After this time, we cannot guarantee the resolution of your incident.
