- Receipt of the second payment issued by the parking.
These documents are mandatory, as no double payments claims will be accepted as they are the only to prove the payment to be refunded
- Explanation of why did you have to pay again, as we will send the car park all the information available.
As soon as we receive all the information needed, we will open a refund request directed to the car park.
Paypal payments: If you did your booking with your PayPal account, please send us back also the following information:
- The reference number of your booking.
- Email used to confirm the booking.
- Your Paypal's user email.
- Paypal's purchase ID
