However, as we are only an intermediary, we are not the owners of the car parks we collaborate with. We will do our best to find out a resolution between our users and the car parks, but these ones are the only responsible for whatever happens within their facilities.
On top of this information, you must also remember that you have a 30 days delay to communicate your claim. Once the delay is finished, your claim could be unprioritized or being refused by the car park management.
