After making the payment online, you will receive a confirmation of your reservation by email, from the following emails: email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org.
If a few minutes pass by and you do not receive an email of confirmation, do not despair: first, check the spam holder (lifelong junk mails).
If you have already gone through your email junk box from top to bottom and still cannot find the confirmation, this is probably because you made a mistake when writing your email at the moment of the reservation. Not a problem!
Write to us at email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org, indicating us your information, where you made your reservation and we will send you the confirmation of your reservation at the correct address.

If you paid the reservation with your PayPal account, do not forget to also communicate us the following information:
- The reference number of your booking.
- Email used to confirm the booking.
- Your Paypal's user email.
- Paypal's purchase ID
Also, remember that, if you booked being registered with your user account, you can have access to your personal customer area and there you will find all the confirmations of your reservations.
