Parkbee car parks are automated car parks whose gate opening is activated from your personal Parclick account. After booking, you will see a summary of the instructions on your screen and you will receive a confirmation email with all the details.
On the day of your arrival, by accessing the "Bookings" section from your Parclick account, you will be able to see the instructions to enter. You will have to slide the orange button at the top of your screen "Open Access":
Make sure you are in front of the correct entrance before activating the button.
Remember that you can arrive up to half an hour in advance, but before this time you will not be able to access the car park and the APP will not allow you to swipe (the access button will be greyed out and the timer will show you how much time is left to access):
Once you have entered, the button to open the exit and pedestrian gates will be enabled, the process is the same as for the entry.
You will have an additional 15 minutes at the end of your booking to exit the car park. If you exceed the reserved time and the extra 15 minutes, you will have to pay the additional amount through the app or the link you will find in your booking. Remember to do this before heading towards the exit to avoid queues.
You will be able to choose the payment method to pay for the extra time in the car park and that's it!
Remember that if you don't have the Parclick APP on your mobile phone, you can still follow the procedure described above by simply clicking on the "Open Access" link in your confirmation email:
