Indigo Car Parks work with a license plate reader, which means you can enter and leave all Indigo car parks automatically and quickly. In the event of an error in this reading on arrival, you will have to take a ticket and, if it happens on departure, call the intercom located at the barrier to report your Parclick reservation and receive the appropriate instructions with remote assistance.
For security reasons, Indigo car parks have restricted pedestrian access, so you can enter by intercom or by a code that you will find on your booking voucher. In this way, only users of the car park will be able to access its facilities. This code must be entered on the small keypad with the OP&GO logo on it, which also has an intercom in case the access code fails and you are unable to gain access.
In the specific case of Indigo, the car park registers the arrival and departure times exactly. For this reason, we recommend that you check the times of stay before confirming your booking and that you are as punctual as possible, as this network of car parks requests payment for any extra time in the car park after 15 minutes. If you arrive earlier or leave later than indicated in your booking, the car park will register your access and proceed to pay for the additional stay (either automatically, capturing the amount from the payment method used in the purchase, or through Parclick Customer Service). Remember that you can arrive up to one hour in advance, but before this time, the barrier will not open.
As in the rest of the car parks that work with a license plate reader, your reservation details cannot be modified. To do so, you must cancel your reservation and make a new one. You can ask our Customer Service Department for help with this.
Finally, most of these car parks have Via-T payments. Remember to deactivate your vehicle's electronic toll before accessing with your Parclick reservation to avoid double payments.
