Q-PARK is an international parking company present in several countries.
When you book a parking space in a Q-PARK car park, the barrier will open automatically on your arrival and departure by reading your number plate. If the reader does not recognize the number plate correctly, don't worry! You will be able to access via the QR code on your confirmation voucher. You can also use this code for pedestrian access (doors and lifts).
If you have any kind of problem, remember that in Q-PARK car parks you will receive remote assistance 24 hours a day through the intercom at the entrance, next to the barrier. All you have to do is indicate your Parclick booking reference and your number plate.
