Zenpark car parks are automated car parks whose gates open in different ways depending on the car park in question. You can access the car park via your personal Parclick account, with an access code or by using a number plate reader. After booking, you will see a summary of the instructions on your screen and you will receive a confirmation email with all the details.
On the day of your arrival at the car park, by accessing the ‘Bookings’ section from your Parclick account, you will be able to see the instructions for your booking. Also, when entering the car park, remember to check the ‘important information’ section.
Remember that if you don't have the Parclick APP on your mobile phone, you can still follow the procedure described above by simply clicking on the ‘Open access’ link in your confirmation email.
Once you have checked in, the button to open the exit will be enabled.
You can also arrive up to one hour in advance, but before this time you will not be able to access the car park and the APP will not allow you to swipe (the access button will be greyed out and the timer will indicate how much time is left to access) or the access code will not work. In any case, any extra time will be billed separately.
In fact, if you arrive earlier or leave later than indicated in your booking, the car park will register your access and proceed to charge you for the additional stay automatically, capturing the amount from the payment method used in the purchase or through another payment method registered in your Parclick account.
