Geolocalization: The app will use your real-time location to identify the correct parking zone. This ensures the purchase of the ticket for the exact area.
If you are not geolocated correctly, make sure you are in an area covered by the service and, if necessary, try to wait and repeat the operation.
It may be necessary to zoom in on the map for the horizontal blue geometries that delimit the parking area to appear clearly.
Manual Alternative: As an alternative to geolocation, you can type the name of the area where you intend to park in the banner Where do you want to go?
2. Starting the Parking Session
Once the app has identified the correct zone:
Click on the Park Here button.
Select the license plate of the vehicle you are parking.
Click on Confirm. From here, you can also choose the desired parking end time.

3. Parking Management and Verification
Extension: If you need to extend your parking time, simply click on Extend ticket in the app.
Verification (Control): Parking verification by control personnel (traffic auxiliaries) is carried out using a handheld device where your vehicle's license plate is entered.
End parking: If you wish, you can end your ticket before the time initially indicated by clicking on the End ticket button.
