Sometimes, depending on the rates agreed with each car park, it is possible that the times proposed by our platform do not match exactly with the time you have indicated in the search engine for your booking. For example, you wanted to book a parking space for two hours but the booking in the car park you were interested in automatically includes six hours. Or perhaps you wanted a parking space for two days and we offer you a stay of three full days. This is not a mistake on our platform, but something that benefits you in every way ;)
When this happens, it's because the car park where you want to book has daily rates. This means that the rate counts for full days and, therefore, we understand that you have the right to enjoy the space for the entire contracted amount. For example: if you book from 1 October at 13:00 to 3 October at 17:00, the rate to be contracted will be for three days. In this way, the system will automatically offer you the departure date of 4 October at 13:00. It may also be the case that the car park has special rates for specific days of the week, as is the case of some car parks with promotions for two days of the weekend. If this is the case for your car park, Parclick will add the full days and hours of the promotion so that you can enjoy the offer to the maximum if you wish. To give you a practical example: if you would like to book from Saturday to Sunday and the offer runs from Friday afternoon to Monday morning, your booking will have the dates and times of the latter.
With regard to hourly bookings, if the booking has more hours than you had indicated in the search engine, it is because the minimum rate for that car park is for more hours. For example: if you try to book for two hours in a car park where the minimum rate is six hours, with a Parclick booking you will be able to stay for the six hours of the rate if you wish, as this is the rate you have paid and you have every right to enjoy the time that comes with that price. Finally, there are some car parks (p.e. SABA operator car parks) that have special rates for certain specific times during the day and, at Parclick, we understand that you have the right to enjoy them in their entirety, so our system automatically includes the times on offer as times of stay. In this case, if you book a space for the 1st of October from 10:00 to 17:00, and this car park has a special daytime rate from 6:00 to 22:00, the system will automatically offer you that your booking will be programmed for the 1st of October from 6:00 to 22:00.
Whatever the case of your booking, we confirm that you can leave earlier than indicated in the booking without any penalty. What's more, should any last minute unforeseen circumstances arise, you can rest assured that your place is covered by the booking and you won't have to pay any extra. You'll be the winner!
