As we explained in our article DO I HAVE TO STRICTLY FOLLOW THE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES OF MY PARCLICK BOOKING? Some of the car parks on our platform have flexible entry (identified by the clock icon on on the parking description page). This means that, with your booking, not only will you have a 100% reserved parking space for the period indicated in the booking, but also, if you arrive a little earlier or a little later, you will not be prevented from accessing the car park. In car parks with flexible entry, you can arrive 30 minutes before or after the selected time (as long as the car park is open) and your reservation will be counted from the moment you arrive.
In the car parks that do not have flexible entry, the time not included in your booking is considered extra time and, therefore, the car park reserves the right to request payment for it.
At Parclick, we know that there may be last-minute changes to your trip or that unforeseen circumstances may arise that force you to stay longer in the car park, so first of all, we want to assure you that the car can remain in the car park without moving, as long as the corresponding fee is subsequently paid for this additional time.
Payment can be made directly at the car park and the price will be calculated on the basis of the local rates that the car park operates at that time, without penalties. If you need an extra day or more than one day in the same car park, you can also make a new Parclick booking, indicating as date and time of entry as the same date and time of departure as your initial booking. When you go to the car park, inform the staff of this new booking and they will give you the necessary instructions to continue enjoying your Parclick stay in the same car park.
There are some car parks or specific suppliers where the procedure for the payment of extra time is different:
- If you have booked in an AENA car park, you will not be able to make a complementary booking: on your return to the airport, you will have to go to any cash machine in the car park and pay for the extra time. If you need help during the process, you can contact the remote assistance staff through the cash machine intercom.
- If you have booked in an INDIGO car park, you will not be able to make a supplementary booking. Its automated access system will detect any possible advances or delays in the stay of its users and will automatically extract the corresponding amount from the payment method used to pay for the reservation. In this case, we will send you an email with information about your additional stay and a receipt for the charge made. Remember that in these car parks the barrier will only open automatically up to one hour before or after your arrival or departure. After this time, you will have to contact the remote staff via the intercom at the barrier so that they can give you instructions on how to enter or exit the car park.
- If you have booked in a Parkbee/Zenpark car park, you will have to pay the additional time via our APP/Platform.
- If you have booked at the P4 Long Stay car park at the Réunion-Roland Garros Airport, you cannot make an additional reservation, and you must pay an additional 6 euros per day directly at the car park. However, this car park has a courtesy hour in relation to the departure time indicated on the Parclick booking.
- If you have booked a valet service, you must inform the staff directly of any delays on your return to the airport. Contact the valet staff via the telephone numbers provided on your Parclick booking voucher and they will inform you of everything.
Remember that you can modify your booking up to 23:59 the day before or up to 1 hour before the start of your booking, and you can do so either from your user account or through Customer Service. Our team is available from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 6 pm on working days through our email info@parclick.com or our live chat to help you with the modification of your booking or to clarify any doubts you may have regarding the additional stay time in your Parclick booking.
