At Parclick, we're experts when it comes to parking and driving, so we're the first to realise that traffic can be a little tricky to set specific times.
Some of the car parks on our platform have flexible entry (identified by the clock icon on on the parking description page). This means that, with your booking, not only will you have a 100% reserved parking space for the period indicated in the booking, but also, if you arrive a little earlier or a little later, you will not be prevented from accessing the car park. In car parks with flexible entry, you can arrive 30 minutes before or after the selected time (as long as the car park is open) and your reservation will be counted from the moment you arrive.
In the car parks that do not have flexible entry, the time not included in your booking is considered extra time and, therefore, the car park reserves the right to request payment for it. Remember that you can modify your booking up to 23:59 the day before or up to 1 hour before the start of your booking, and you can do so either from your user account or through Customer Service.
