Does a friend of yours want to book a parking space with Parclick but can't log on to their computer at the moment? Have your parents asked you to make the online purchase for them? Are there several of you and you are in charge of making the reservations for each vehicle? It is normal for situations to arise in which we need to carry out this type of procedure for third parties, and at Parclick we are aware of this.
If you are going to create a reservation that someone else is going to enjoy, you have the option of putting the Parclick reservation in someone else's name and even sending it to their email, even if you are the one making the purchase from your personal Parclick account. To do this, on the first screen of the purchase section, we have designed an additional section so that you can put the booking in someone else's name. Just click on the option "the reservation is for another person" and fill in the fields with the details of the person who will use the booking (full name, contact telephone number and email address).
You won't have to do anything else! With this simple additional step during the purchase process, the booking will be reflected in the name of the real user and he/she will receive all the necessary documentation to enjoy his/her Parclick stay as if he/she had made it himself/herself. The person making the purchase will also receive this confirmation so that both parties have the booking and its information at their disposal. However, the car park will only receive the user's personal information and contact details, so they will never contact the person who made the purchase in case of need. Very practical, isn't it?
Remember that, for any help or assistance you may need from our Customer Service team regarding this booking, you will need to provide us with the email address of the user who made the purchase and the name of the actual user who will be using the parking space.
