In case you arrive late, your booking can remain valid as you will be within the time covered by your reservation. However, please note that if due to the delay you have to stay longer than the time you have booked, you will have to pay the difference for this additional time directly to the car park (the price to be paid will be calculated according to the local rates of the car park at the time).
If you have booked a car park with a valet service, it is very important that you notify the car park staff of any changes to your arrival or return time in order to rearrange the collection or delivery of your vehicle. Remember that the contact telephone number for these car parks will always be indicated on the confirmation voucher that we send you as an attachment in the booking confirmation email.
