It is possible that, at the time of your arrival at the car park, you were unable to access your reserved parking space with Parclick due to the following reasons:
- You have booked a vehicle category that is not accepted in the car park.
- The dimensions of the vehicle exceed the limits of the spaces or the height is greater than the maximum height allowed at the entrance.
- You have not removed the roof box, the bicycle rack or the objects transported on top of the vehicle, which is not accepted in the car park.
Each car park has a complete information sheet in which we indicate the particularities of each one. All the information we provide is useful and must be taken into account so that you can enjoy the car park you need at all times. One of these details is the maximum height. The maximum height accepted by the car parks offered on our platform is detailed on our website throughout the purchase process: in the information sheet, in the purchase summary available during the booking process, and in the booking voucher in the booking confirmation email. In addition to this, in the search bar, you will find the option to select the vehicle category, along with the detailed measurements we use to classify each vehicle category so that you can get an idea of the dimensions of the parking space.
If you enter the car park with a vehicle of a different category and you gain access to the car park because it allows other types of vehicles, they will let you in, but you will be asked to pay the difference in price. This is why it is also very important that you check the category of vehicle you are going to book. As we have indicated above, in our search engine we provide some indicative dimensions of what we and our collaborating car parks consider to be a car, van, caravan, etc.
