If during your stay, unfortunately, you have suffered a mishap in the car park, at Parclick we will do our best to help you. As we are not the owners and responsible for the car parks, the parkings themselves are responsible for what happens in their facilities.
As stated in our terms and conditions of use and contracting of Parclick services, accepted before proceeding to the payment of the purchase, "in any case, Parclick is not responsible for any incident that may occur in relation to the provision of parking services or claims of theft, loss or damage to vehicles, luggage, personal belongings, etc. occurring within the car. These must be made directly to the car park as the Service Provider".
Parclick, as an intermediary, can provide information about what happened to the car park and act as a link between both parties, especially if there are language barriers, but the responsibility and the final decision of the claim will never depend on us.
