Do you need to readjust the dates of your stay? Do you want to change your arrival or departure times? At Parclick, we know that your plans may change due to last minute circumstances. For this reason, our bookings have a modification period so that you can make the appropriate changes within an extended period of time.
Depending on the car park, you will be able to modify your Parclick booking before 23:59h the day before your arrival or up to 1 hour before the start of your booking. You can consult the policy subject to your booking throughout the booking process:

- During the checkout process, under the purchase summary:
- After confirming the booking, inside the confirmation voucher, sent as an attached document in PDF format. Remember that if you are a registered user of Parclick, you can also find this document in your user area, in the booking history in the Parking bookings section.
You can make all the modifications you need as long as you are within the time limit subject to your reservation. Once the booking has started, it will not be possible to make any modifications. If for any reason you need to extend your stay, you can either create an additional Parclick booking (indicating as check-in date and time the date and time of your initial departure) or pay for the extra time directly at the car park at the local rates.
OK, so we know the theory. But now, how can I make the modification? Well, you can change the dates and/or times of your stay on your own, without intermediaries! If you are a Parclick user, you can manage your reservations in the Parking Reservations section of your user area. And if you don't have a registered account with us, there's still time! Create a user account with the same email address you used for your booking and you will have access to all the bookings you have made with Parclick to date. Creating a Parclick account is free and we will only inform you periodically of the promotions and advantages you need ;)
Please note that the modification includes the charge or refund of the amount corresponding to the rates that the car park has at the time of the modification, depending on whether you extend or reduce your stay.

Are you going to use another vehicle on the day of your booking? Do you want to change the details of the user indicated in the booking? These types of changes are also subject to the modification period for each car park, as is the case with changes to dates and times. You can request a change to any of the details of your booking except for the car park reserved and the vehicle category chosen for your stay, and you must contact our Customer Service team to make the change.
Finally, there are a few exceptions in which you will not be able to make the change from your user account, which do not admit some or which do not allow any type of change. In the following exceptional cases, in order to make the change, you will have to cancel your booking and create a new one:
- Bookings paid with PayPal: they do not allow modification of dates and/or times of stay due to the internal policy of this payment method.
- Blue Valet car parks: dates and/or times of stay cannot be modified. If you need to modify any information such as the name and contact details of the user of the reservation, or information about the vehicle, you must contact the Blue Valet service directly (available on your booking voucher).
- Car parks with number plate reader access (AENA, EMT, APK2, INDIGO, Roland Garros La Réunion P4 Longue Durée Airport and Only You Atocha car parks): these cannot be modified for technical reasons related to the number plate reader. - NN car parks: do not allow modification of the telephone number for technical reasons related to automatic opening by telephone call.
- Garage d'Abbeville (Paris, France) , Autorimessa Comunale AVM - Porto di Venezia (Venice, Italy) and La Rambla - Boquería (Barcelone, Spain) : these car parks do not allow any changes to their bookings.
