In the Parclick booking process, you will make the full payment for the parking space through our platform. This way, when you go to the car park, your parking space will already be paid for and you won't have to do anything more than validate your booking and enjoy all the comforts and advantages that booking with Parclick offers, just like when you book a hotel room on the Internet!
You can use any of these payment methods to make your online booking:
- Credit or debit card: we accept Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Carte Bleue, Carta SI, Postepay, Klarna, Revolut Pay, Ideal, Bancontact
- PayPal
- Parclick wallet: this additional payment method is available to our registered users. It consists of a simple accumulable balance that you can top up periodically, at your own pace, and thanks to which you can pay for your Parclick bookings more conveniently and quickly. Remember that, in order to pay for your Parclick purchases with the wallet, you must have sufficient credit. Parclick, following the current e-commerce law, has a secure payment certificate for all transactions made on our website and our APP. In addition, we treat sensitive information about your payment methods with 256-bit SSL encryption.
Payments by cheque, cash, toll cards (VIA T, TÉLÉPEAGE, VIA VERDE and TELEPASS) or other payment methods not listed above are not valid for our bookings. If you have a toll card, remember to deactivate it before your Parclick stay to avoid being charged twice. If this happens, you will have to appeal the charge directly to the operator of your toll card, requesting from Parclick the documentation you need for the claim.
