Need to cancel your stay? At Parclick, we understand that sometimes plans can change due to last minute circumstances. For this reason, our bookings have a prior cancellation period so that you can cancel your stay within an extended period of time.
Depending on the car park, you may be able to cancel your Parclick booking before 23:59h the day before your arrival or up to 1 hour before the start of your booking. You can check the policy attached to your booking throughout the booking process:
- Before the booking confirmation, in the product availability box of each car park.
- During the purchase process, below the purchase summary
- After confirming the booking, the confirmation voucher is sent as an attached document in PDF format. Remember that if you are a registered user of Parclick, you can also find this document in your user area, in the booking history in the Parking bookings section.
Your Parclick booking can be cancelled as long as it is within the period specified in the cancellation and modification conditions specific to each car park. Remember that once this period has passed or even once your stay has started, reservations cannot be cancelled.
In addition to the deadlines indicated above, there are some car parks that operate their own cancellation policy outside of the aforementioned deadlines:
- La Réunion-Roland Garros official airport car park: cancellation up to 24 hours before (La Réunion local time).
- Nice-Côte d'Azur (NCE) official airport car parks: cancellation up to 48 hours in advance.
- Parking Garage d'Abbeville (Paris, France) and Autorimessa Comunale AVM - Porto di Venezia: NON CANCELLABLE BOOKINGS
Regardless of the time limit applicable to each car park, remember that the cancellation includes the refund of the amount of the reservation except for the management fees derived from the purchase of the product, including the service fee and/or PayPal commission.
To process the cancellation of your stay, you do not need to contact Parclick to make the cancellation, you can do it on your own without intermediaries! If you are a Parclick user, you can manage your reservations in the Parking Reservations section of your user area. And if you don't have an account registered with us, there's still time! Create a user account with the same email address you used for your booking and you will have access to all the bookings you have made with Parclick to date. Creating a Parclick account is free and we will only inform you periodically of the promotions and advantages you need ;)
In conclusion, we remind you that the refund will be made through the same payment method you used to make the purchase and it may take up to a maximum of 5 to 10 working days to be back in your account.

As we have already mentioned, once the booking has been initiated, cancellations are not possible. If you have had an issue at the car park, or if you have not been able to enjoy part or all of your stay due to force majeure (illness, vehicle breakdown, death, etc.) you can make a complaint to our Customer Service team by sending us an email to info@parclick.com.
