If you need to modify your Parclick booking for one of our partner operators whose car park accesses work by number plate reading (AENA, INDIGO, EMT or APK2), we regret to inform you that bookings confirmed at their facilities cannot be modified for technical reasons.
If you must necessarily make a change to your stay (dates, times or even the vehicle registration number), you must first cancel your current booking and then make a new purchase with the correct details. This cancellation will include a full refund of the purchase.
For this procedure, we recommend you contact our Customer Service Department, who will also be able to do this for you. Send us an email to info@parclick.com with the modification to be applied and our team will take care of the cancellation, ensure that you will be refunded the full amount of your first reservation and, to further facilitate the management, will send you a link through which you can directly make the new reservation.
Remember that our team is available from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 6 pm on working days. Within these hours, your request will be dealt with within a maximum of 24 hours.
