The Parclick wallet is another payment method that you can use to pay for your parking space reservations in city-centre car parks, airports, stations and ports throughout Spain and Europe, as well as your parking meter tickets in the Barcelona area and metropolitan area, and in the S.E.R. area of Madrid. Park and pay more quickly and conveniently by having a balance stored with all the security guarantees within the same Parclick platform, without complications, with just one click!
This is another method you can use to pay for your purchases through our platform. You can also use a credit or debit card, or a PayPal account.
The procedure to enjoy this convenient payment method is very simple: first of all, you must have enough credit to pay for your purchase. You have several top-up options to choose from in amounts of 5, 10, 20, 50 and 100 euros. You can use either a credit or debit card of your choice or a PayPal account to top up, which you must first register as an associated payment method before topping up the balance in your Parclick wallet.
Where do I log in to top up? How do I associate the payment methods for your top-ups? You can do any of these actions in the same purchase process or from your user area. Whichever device you use, you will be able to manage your wallet:
- From the web: in your user area, in the Payment methods section.
- From the APP: in the main menu at the top left of the screen, in the Payment methods section.
Now that you have your wallet ready, great! From now on, you will be able to pay your parking meter tickets and your parking reservations with total comfort, always bearing in mind that:
- To pay for your parking reservations: the wallet must have enough money to cover the total amount of the purchase.
- To pay your parking meter tickets: the wallet must have at least the maximum amount that can be paid as a fee in each zone, thus complying with the requirement of the city councils that our customers have enough money to pay for the entire stay in case they stay for the whole authorised time.
Don't worry if you don't remember the latter; if the balance is not enough to cover the purchase, the system will invite you to top up your wallet or use another payment method directly ;)
Remember that any money left in your wallet after a purchase can be accumulated and does not expire, meaning that you can keep it in your profile for your next purchase.
Finally, if you decide not to use your wallet anymore or you want to get that money back, you can request a refund at any time from our Customer Service team: send us an email to info@parclick.com attaching a screenshot of the remaining balance in your wallet. We will get back to you within 24 hours.
