You have already booked a parking space with Parclick! But... Do you know what to do when you arrive and where to find your proof of purchase? Don't panic, we've got everything ready for your next parking stay ;)
Once you confirm the payment of your purchase, you will receive a Parclick booking confirmation email automatically sent from the address noreply@parclick.com. In this message, you will find all the information about your purchase and two attached documents in PDF format: the booking voucher and the purchase receipt.
On the Parclick booking voucher, you can consult all the information about your stay: user details, car park location, dates of stay, booking validation instructions and the modification and cancellation period.
On the Parclick purchase receipt, you will find a detailed breakdown of the amount paid for the booking.
The purchase receipt is not an invoice: if you need one, you must ask our Customer Service team to issue it. For more information, see our section I NEED AN INVOICE FOR MY PARCLICK STAY IN THE NAME OF MY COMPANY OR FREELANCER. HOW CAN I REQUEST IT?
On our platform, in the advert for each car park, you will see a summary with the instructions to follow both on the day of your arrival and when you leave the car park. You will also see general information about the validation of the booking in the same confirmation email. However, and in any case, the instructions will be much more detailed in the booking voucher that we enclose in the confirmation email.
If, for some reason, you have not received the email, first of all, check your SPAM folder to verify that your email administrator has not discarded our message. And if you cannot see the attached files correctly, you can obtain these documents from your user area, in the Car park bookings section, or even ask our Customer Service Department by sending an email to info@parclick.com.
